Patient Information


Our office staff will help you schedule appointments and complete necessary paperwork. They will also answer any billing questions that you may have.

Scheduling An Appointment


Patients are seen by appointment only. For your convenience, we are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Emergency Appointments


We understand that accidents can happen and tooth pain may surface in-between your checkups. For this reason, one of our three doctors can always accommodate an emergency appointment Monday through Friday.

If it is a life and death situation, please call 911 or go to the emergency room immediately.

Your First Visit


During your first visit, the doctor will complete an exam and x-rays. The doctor takes special care to look at the health of your teeth, gums, mouth and complete an oral cancer screening. During the comprehensive exam, you will discuss any of your prior dental experiences as well as your oral health goals; the first visit takes about an hour. We also offer a cleaning the same day of your first appointment, in this case, you would see the hygienist right after meeting with the doctor for an additional hour.

Once you have your first visit scheduled, we ask that you complete the e-mailed new patient paperwork and return it to our office via email, scan or bring it with you to the appointment. It is also important you bring these items:

  • Current medications
  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card

It is imperative that we have all available dental (and medical if related to trauma or medically diagnosed disorder) insurance information promptly, as we will be providing you with a comprehensive treatment estimate after your consultation with the doctor. Cancellations


If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.

Financial Policy


We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card.

Second Opinion


Our doctors are happy to offer a second opinion. We schedule the appointment for half an hour with you and the doctor; if you have x-rays from another dental office, we request you have them sent to our office prior to the visit. If you are not comfortable having your current xrays sent, we can always take new images at an out-of-pocket cost.
